50th Anniversary Celebration - May 14 & 15
The Sudbury Savoyards will be observing their 50th Anniversary with a weekend-long celebration Saturday, May 14 & Sunday, May 15, 2011 at the Sudbury United Methodist Church, 251 Old Sudbury Road (Route 27) in Sudbury, MA.
Admission to the weekend events is free but donations will gratefully be accepted.

The 50th Anniversary Celebration Committee
The festivities start on Saturday, May 14 at 9:30 am when Hawes Hall turns into a Museum with 50 years of memorabilia. The Savoyard Shoppe will offer special commemorative items for sale including Limited Edition re-mastered videos on DVD of past Sudbury Savoyard productions, The Sudbury Savoyards 50th Anniversary Cookbook, and the 50th Anniversary Commemorative Video.
Children's Discovery Room - Junior Savoyards - Come and make your own costumes. Play theater games. Be a Pirate or a Princess or a Rascal or a Hero. Build a prop to take home for your own plays. Arts and Crafts table, legos, books, and coloring also available for kids who want a quiet break. This area is appropriate for children who can work comfortably, independently from their parent/guardian. Younger children are welcome if they bring their "grown-up" along. *Note - this is not a crib room or babysitting area for infants, but an active exploration and playroom.
